Patient Resources Center

Great Lakes Pharmacy provides applications, tools and guidance to patients who are indigent, underinsured, have met their insurance maximum limits or have experienced insurance denials.

Patients are screened by a Pharmacy Resource Specialist who helps to ensure that patients have access to their medication(s). Great Lakes Pharmacy helps patients with the following:

  • Calls to prescribers for medication refills
  • Prior authorizations for various medications
  • Co-pay assistance programs (if applicable)
  • Provides information for patients who may be eligible for medication Patient Assistance Programs through pharmaceutical manufacturers
